Pelvic Floor advice for women and men

The following video, our Exercise Physiologist Micaela explains pelvic floor cueing for women.

3 MAIN POINTS
✴ Breath throughout the exercise. Exhale on Effort (contraction).
✴Do not brace through your abdominals. It's an internal squeeze and lift.
✴ If you are getting confused with breathing and contracting, focus on the breathing first then move onto the contraction
