Exercise and stretching focused on gently getting your health back after labor. These are designed for individuals depending on the type of labor and third trimester you experienced.
In order for us to determine what you require, we complete an initial assessment prior to commencing exercise from which we develop an individual program for you to follow at home in your own time.
